Terms and Conditions – pak75 Gaming Platform Pakistan

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the pak75 platform, accessible at pak75.onl, including all sections covering Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games, Promotions and any other service or feature made available now or in the future.

The terms "pak75", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of the pak75 platform. The terms "you", "your" and "player" refer to any individual who accesses, browses or creates an account on the platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing pak75 from Pakistan. Where there is any ambiguity or dispute about interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms takes precedence.

By registering an account on pak75, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

pak75 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to pak75 is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, deposit, place bets or use any part of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any business, third party or on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate or immediate family member of an employee of pak75 or any of its partner companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure whether gaming is appropriate in your personal circumstances, please seek independent advice before registering.

pak75 may request documents to verify your age, identity or payment details at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure pending verification. pak75 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account that does not meet eligibility requirements.

One account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

3. Your Account

When registering on pak75, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your real name, date of birth, email address and a valid payment method. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account details with anyone else or allow another person to access your account. pak75 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify customer support immediately. pak75 will take reasonable steps to assist, but cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a failure to keep credentials secure.

pak75 reserves the right to suspend or close an account where:

• The account was registered using false or unverifiable information.
• The player is found to have violated these Terms in any material respect.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Account balances may be withheld pending investigation in cases involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse or other policy breaches. Where an investigation is ongoing, pak75 will communicate the status to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pak75 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using payment details that you are not authorised to use, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Deposits: Most deposit methods process within minutes. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider. pak75 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. pak75 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account. These may vary by payment method.
• Pending bonuses: Withdrawals may be subject to completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements before they can be processed.

pak75 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method not registered in your name, pak75 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account and carry out further investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pak75 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to Cricket and PSL events. All bonuses are denominated in PKR.

Each promotion has its own set of terms displayed on the Promotions page before you opt in. These terms include:

• Wagering requirements — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Eligible games — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated on each offer.
• Expiry date — bonus funds that are not used within the specified period will be removed from your account.
• Minimum qualifying deposit — where applicable, the minimum deposit needed to activate the bonus.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to collectively abuse offers — is a breach of these Terms. pak75 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.

pak75 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players.

6. Sports Betting Rules

pak75 offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures, Football and Esports, among other events. Pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets are available depending on the event.

• Bets are only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation with a reference number. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — pak75 reserves the right to decline bets at its discretion.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, pak75 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether a confirmation was issued.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified period, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports are available on the Bet section of the platform.
• Live betting markets close at certain points during an event. Bets submitted after market closure will not be accepted.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per event may apply. These limits are stated within the Bet section.

Any attempt to exploit pricing delays, system errors or data feed issues to gain an unfair advantage is a breach of these Terms. pak75 reserves the right to void affected bets and take further action on the account.

7. Casino & Games

The Casino section of pak75 includes standard casino games, a Live Casino with real dealers, Slot Games and Fish Games. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer processes, as applicable.

• Each game has its own return-to-player (RTP) percentage, which is displayed within the game information or help section. RTP represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee individual results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. pak75 is not liable for losses caused by platform or internet interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Slot Games, Fish Games and Live Casino tables may have individual minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed before you enter a game.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in casino games. Any account found using such tools will be suspended and associated winnings voided.

Live Casino tables are subject to operating hours and seat availability. pak75 does not guarantee that any specific Live Casino table will be available at any given time.

8. Responsible Gaming

pak75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings.

Gaming on pak75 is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a reliable way to generate income. Outcomes across Sports Betting, Casino and all other sections are not predictable or controllable by the player.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Once set, limits take effect immediately.
• Self-exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gaming, you can activate a self-exclusion period from your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you to how long you have been playing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on pak75 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Registering multiple accounts, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account credentials.
• Attempting to defraud pak75 or other players through any means.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical faults or data feed delays in betting markets.
• Abusing bonus terms, including bonus hunting, bonus cycling or account registration purely for promotional gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or illegal means.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players.

pak75 cooperates with relevant authorities and payment providers in cases involving fraud or financial crime. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will not have balances returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

pak75 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and consistently, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, pak75 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, bonus forfeiture or account suspension carried out in accordance with these Terms.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of pak75.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. If you have a dispute about a specific transaction, bet outcome or account action, please contact customer support in the first instance so we can investigate and respond.

11. Privacy & Data

pak75 collects and processes personal information as part of account registration, identity verification and payment processing. The handling of your personal data is governed by the pak75 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering on pak75, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and service improvement purposes.

pak75 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to deliver platform services — for example, with payment processors to handle PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and other supported channels.

12. Changes to These Terms

pak75 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, registered players will be notified via email or an in-account notification.

Continued use of the pak75 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
